Application and nomination forms are now available for the following scholarships and awards presented by the Kansas Paralegal Association:

PACE Scholarship - $250 award value

Qualified and complete applications must be received on or before June 1 to be considered.  This scholarship is for the application and exam fees for the PACE exam and will be paid directly to NFPA on behalf of the scholarship recipient.  This scholarship must be used within the membership year immediately following the annual seminar at which it is awarded or the scholarship will be forfeited.  

PCCE Scholarship - $215 award value

Qualified and complete applications must be received on or before June 1 to be considered.  This scholarship is for the application and exam fees for the PCCE exam and will be paid directly to NFPA on behalf of the scholarship recipient.  This scholarship must be used within the membership year immediately following the annual seminar at which it is awarded or the scholarship will be forfeited.

Paralegal of the Year Award

The Paralegal of the Year award is a peer-nominated award presented to a current KPA member who has shown exemplary dedication and skill in the paralegal community.  Nominations can be made by non-members.  Recipients must be current KPA members in good standing.  All nominations must be received on or before June 1 to be considered.  The award will be presented during the luncheon at the Annual Seminar on Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Oread, 1200 Oread Avenue, Lawrence, Kansas.
