*February is Heart Health Awareness Month*

Our speaker this month is Sarah Sanders, RN, BSN with the Adelaide C. Ward Women's Heart Health Center.

Sarah will be discussing heart health awareness and give us tips and tricks to reduce your risk of heart disease.

Lunch includes a Sandwich Platter from Price Chopper with Chips, Cookies and Bottled Water.

Attendees are asked to register for the event online but are more than welcome to pay at the door the day of the luncheon.
